These terms govern your use of NTerm (the software) and nterm.ai (this informational website). By running NTerm or using this site, you agree to them.

Beta

NTerm is provided for testing. Features may change or break. There is no service-level agreement, uptime promise, or warranty that output is correct for your network.

Your commands, your network

You are solely responsible for every command sent to a device — whether you typed it, broadcast it, or confirmed a Do-bar preview. NTerm can propose CLI. You apply it. Destructive changes (reload, clear, format, factory-reset, no interface, and the rest) remain your responsibility.

API keys

If you paste an OpenAI, Anthropic, or compatible API key, you contract with that provider. NTerm is not a subscription for model access. Token usage shown in Monitor is informational, not a bill from ValeronLabs LLC.

License

NTerm is released under the Apache License 2.0, and that licence governs the software. You may use, modify, redistribute and commercialise it on those terms, including inside a company. What the licence does not grant is the NTerm and ValeronLabs names and marks — do not present a fork as NTerm. Nothing on this page narrows the Apache-2.0 grant; where the two disagree, the licence wins.

No professional advice

Cookbook text, runbooks, analyzers, and model output are tools, not certified designs. They do not replace an engineer of record.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValeronLabs LLC is not liable for lost profits, lost configs, outages, or incidental damages arising from NTerm or this website. The software is provided “as is.”

nterm.ai is informational. It does not create an account or store your device passwords. See Privacy.
